The next Soup Kitchen night will be a special dedicated to the sounds of independent Scotland. You will likely hear Orange Juice, The Pastels, Author! Author!, Josef K, Fire Engines, BMX Bandits, Soup Dragons, The Associates, Teenage Fan Club, Jesus and Mary Chain, Primal Scream, Belle & Sebastian, Ballboy, Camera Obscura, Shop Assistants, Fizzbombs and the Cocteau Twins amongst others.Alongside the regular dj's there will be guest sets from Jamie Holman formerly of Track & Fields finest Tompaulin and now of The Fischers. He will be joined by Chimes, the founder of the excellent Penelope Tree & Ten Year Plan club nights.
